Hardened spring steel with precision-ground stripping holes for easy removal of insulation. This stripper/cutter has been individually dielectrically tested, and has hardened spring steel with precision-ground stripping holes for easy removal of insulation. This is a compact, lightweight wire-stripping, cutting tool and gauges, cuts, strips and loops wire.
